Returns and refunds

Overview: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your piece should break within 1 YEAR of purchase you may request a repair or replacement.

Return Window: Customers have 1 YEAR from the date of purchase to initiate a return. 

Exchanges/Repairs:  Upon receiving your return, we will process your exchange/repair within 7 - 10 business days. 

 
How to Start a Return:

1. Contact our customer service team at [email protected] to request a return authorization.
2. Pack the item securely, including all beads/pieces that could be saved.
3. Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team. 
4. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
