Returns and refunds
Overview: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your piece should break within 1 YEAR of purchase you may request a repair or replacement.
Return Window: Customers have 1 YEAR from the date of purchase to initiate a return.
Exchanges/Repairs: Upon receiving your return, we will process your exchange/repair within 7 - 10 business days.
How to Start a Return:

- Pack the item securely, including all beads/pieces that could be saved.
- Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team.
